Focus on the Leader uses on-line assessment, personal consulting and training to help leaders develop strategies for life-long personal growth. While skills are important and some of our specialized assessments focus on these, we believe that the most important aspect of a leader's life is his or her character. Our Comprehensive Character-Based Leadership Inventory (CCBLI) has several sections that help you to assess your character strengths and weaknesses. While our materials are available to anyone, they are designed with a uniquely Christian worldview and are informed both by modern psychology and the Christian scriptures.
